By submitting the required questionnaire, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final once the reading process has begun.
Refunds will only be issued under the following limited circumstances:
• If the reading is not delivered within seven (7) days of questionnaire submission
• If you do not submit the questionnaire, in which case a full refund may be requested, as the reading cannot be completed without it
No refunds will be issued once the reading has been delivered, due to the nature of digital file delivery.
You are responsible for saving and retaining your files upon delivery. While reasonable care is taken, long-term file storage cannot be guaranteed due to potential technical or platform-related issues.
